Our Senior Pastor, Daryl Evans and his wife Rhonda have 2 adult children, Shayne and Kate.  Shayne is married to Gretel and they have one daughter Eleanor. Shayne is an Architect and lives in Sydney.  Kate is a Fashion Designer with Cue.  She also lives in Sydney.

Originally from country NSW, both Daryl and Rhonda are trained primary school teachers.  Rhonda continues to teach at Westside Christian College at Goodna.  Daryl concluded teaching in 1982 and was trained at Morling college in Sydney for the Baptist Ministry.

Daryl loves reading, golf and chess.  He can be bribed with most chocolates.  He has thought about getting a jet-ski and calling it ‘Pastoral Care’. Then he can legitimately be out of the office on ‘Pastoral Care’.  Both Daryl and Rhonda enjoy walking and escaping at the movies (cinema and DVD).  Daryl is probably addicted to good coffee.

Whether walking, golfing or at a coffee shop, he’s always up for a chat about knowing God, the Bible or talking about Church.  The local church is the prized possession of the Lord Jesus and the hope of the world.

NB: - The documented evidence clearly indicates Eleanor is the prettiest and brightest granddaughter in Australia.
