Purpose

WHY does infusion youth exist?
We exist to bring huge honour to our awesome God

WHAT does God want us to achieve?
To work with Him in transforming young people into passionate followers of Jesus, who will:
Reach - their friends
Connect - with other believers
Grow - more like Christ
Serve - others with love
Honour - God in all of life

HOW do we make passionate followers of Jesus?
By bringing our friends to Christ
By building each other up in Christ
By sending us out for Christ

Infusion

This is our main youth event.  It happens generally on the 1st and 3rd Friday nights of the month during school term (Keep an eye on the Term Overview to make sure you know the dates) - and it's a great place to kickstart your weekend!  The night provides opportunity for you to:

• hang with your friends
• meet new people
• have some fun playing crazy games
• find out more about Jesus - and how he can change your life, and
• ask those nagging questions about life and faith.

It's all about finding out how to live life the way the Creator intended it!

We have 2 different age groups:

• Infusion₇₉ for middle school students [years 7-9] >> 6-8pm
• Infusion_max for senior high students [years 10-12] >> 8-10pm

Infusion is held in the Church Activity Centre and costs $2 per week.

D-Teams

D-Teams (short for Discipleship Teams) are our small groups for young people.  They are for students who want to take their relationship with God to the next level and get serious about living as a passionate follower of Jesus.

D-Teams usually meet weekly and run for about 1.5hrs.  Each group will decide exactly how their group will operate, but a typical group would include:

• bible study
• prayer
• accountability
• plenty of food & fun!

Groups will also do activities together away from their normal meeting time - see a movie, have a sleep-over, go on a camping trip, serve together.

D-Teams are the place to grow together as disciples and be trained as disciple-makers.

FIGS

FIGS (Following in God's Steps) is a bible study for high schoolers and young adults.  The group is composed mostly of young people from Chinese families who are more comfortable speaking english.

Each year the group chooses a topic or theme and in the studies work their way through subjects relating to these topics.

FIGS meets fortnightly on Saturday nights from 7:30-9:30pm in the Church Conference Room.

Night Church

Find yourself in Church this coming Sunday night - it's a great way to finish the weekend and re-fuel for the upcoming week.  Join with God's family as we:

• celebrate God through awesome music
• learn about God & life as we hear a message from the bible
• connect with, and build each other up

Night Church is held each Sunday night at 6:30pm in the Church Auditorium.
