Who is welcome to attend a Life Group?
Anyone wanting to grow spiritually and connect with people at a personal level.

We have a wide variety of life groups that meet at different times and places and suit all types of people. Please see the full listing inside.

What does it cost to come to a Life Group?
There is no monetary cost involved, although some groups may choose to purchase study materials or engage in some social outings.

Who leads the Life Groups?
Life Groups are led by various members of our congregation who are valuable and dedicated members of our church family. They are interested in the welfare of people in our church and our society. Training is given to them.

What do you need to bring with you?
We suggest that you bring a Bible, notepad and pen, and a desire to get to know some new friends.

Do I need to phone ahead to book a place?
Yes, please use the phone numbers included in this brochure to call the leader of the group you are interested in attending.

At Sunnybank District Baptist Church we encourage everyone to become a part of a small group. We are a large church and we don't want ANYONE to get "lost in the crowd" because each and every person is important to us.

You don't have to be a Bible scholar to participate. The studies are made for everyday people.

Sunnybank District Baptist Church has a growing network of small groups that cater tor many different types of people.

In our life groups we endeavour to:
1. Pray together in a meaningful way for one another, the church and unreached people groups as well as our missionaries.

2. Study the Bible together for life change.

3. Provide pastoral Care for one another in practical ways.

4. Fellowship together and enjoy each others company.

5. Reach Out and invite new people to join
