    • Change the information that appears under your ministry area on the public website.
    • Add items to the church newsletter
    • Create an event in the church calendar
  2. Work in synchronisation with other ministries
    • Book rooms and resources to avoid conflicts
    • Keep others informed of what is happening.
    • Keep yourself organised with meeting planning and booking activities in the church calendar
  3. Build a sense of community within your group
    • Keep a track of who is in your group.
    • If needed (so no-one slips through the cracks), keep a track of who has been coming to events (like Kidzone).
    • Keep your group fully informed of happenings and directions.
    • Involve other "online" members in future planning through discussions.
    • Send e-mails and letters to members of the group to keep them informed.
    • Send e-mails / letters to parents of members of your group to keep them informed.

Why have we moved to an online church system.?

  1. For the above capability and,
  2. Because the data is stored in a secure location off-site and can only be accessed through passwords.
  3. Because it allows people to be involved in ministry coordination from home and out of church office hours.
  4. Because the wider community wants to know about our church and the internet is a safe way for them to learn about us.
  5. Because protecting the safety of children that attend church events is essential to us, and this tool allows us to keep track of who can and can't communicate on-line with children, or work with children.
